Habita was born in Quebec in 2025, where two worlds met: a web developer and a working building inspector, fed up with software designed by people who had never spent a day in the field.
We did not start from a generic tool adapted to the trade. We started from an inspector's day, and every feature is proven on real inspections before it ships.
