Billing & Plans
Full access to Habita: unlimited inspections, templates, client portal, accounting and reports. Your first 30 days of Essentiel are free, no credit card. No contract, cancel anytime.
Two simple plans: Essential (you write, with 5 AI credits included every month) and Unlimited (generative AI with no cap at all). Essential is $59 a month, Unlimited $99. The same complete flow either way; the only difference is the AI.
By card on a secure checkout page, or by Interac e-transfer against an invoice. No card is required at signup or during your 30-day trial. Payment is charged the day you subscribe, then every month; if you subscribe before your trial ends, the remaining trial days are not carried over. Cancel at any time.
No cancellation fees. Cancel anytime and retain access until the end of your billing period.
Security & Privacy
Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Row-level security at the database layer ensures every record is scoped to its owner. Hosting is on Supabase with Canadian region availability.
You do. All reports, photos, and client data belong to you. Export or delete anytime.
Yes. Our practices follow PIPEDA and Quebec Law 25 requirements: explicit consent for non-essential cookies, data export and deletion rights, and breach notification procedures.
