Account Information

When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, company name, phone number, and billing information to provide access to our services.

Inspection Data

We store inspection data you create: property info, client details, findings, photos, reports, and other content you upload. This data is stored in Canadian data centers.

Usage Information

We automatically collect IP address, browser type, device info, pages visited, features used, and timestamps to improve our service.

Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep your session and remember your preferences, including your cookie choice. Only with your consent, we also use two Google tools on the public pages of the website: Google Analytics, to measure traffic and learn which pages are useful; and Google Ads, to measure which ads lead to a visit or to an account being created, and to let Google show you our ads on other sites. These tools are not loaded in the application or in your clients' portals, and we do not send them your name, email address or phone number. Google processes the data it collects this way under its own privacy rules. You can grant, refuse or withdraw your consent at any time with the “Cookies” link at the bottom of every page of the website; withdrawing removes the Google cookies set on our website. You can also manage cookies in your browser.
