The program rule
No AI, on purpose
You write your own findings. Habita gives you the structure, the classification and the final report, never the text.
- It's exactly what your course teaches. Someone who has written findings by hand can judge a generated draft; someone who only ever knew the Generate button never will.
- AI isn't for sale in student mode either, even if you wanted it. It waits for you at certification, when it saves you time instead of costing you the skill.

The program is for anyone enrolled in a building inspection program at a recognized college, in any province. That includes Quebec AEC programs and the Ontario college programs, and AIBQ student members.
